I'm now at a point where I'm less sorry that you're sick, and more sorry that you're making me the bad guy because you're sick.

also, I'm not convinced we have the same thing, unless my immune system is significantly happier than yours (my symptoms were not ever quite this severe, and they only kicked me around for about 36 hours).
