I got a camera! It's soooo exciting. It's a canon powershot SD1000. Pictures to come, I just got it a couple hours ago.

Which leads to another surprise: I went shopping on Black Friday! Oh, the horrors! =Þ

Well, sorta. Not really. We bought it online, but went to the store to pick it up. All in all, pretty painless procedure. (Thank goodness!)

Yep, so far it's interesting to experiment with this. I'm actually reading the manual before I try going out to take a lot of photos of stuff. (Surprise! I almost never read the manual!) Good thing, too... I really don't think I have enough time to go out and learn it all on my own. o.O

It's nifty. There's so many different settings and such, it makes me happy. Especially the "foliage" setting. Woo, now I can take good pictures on nature walks and such! xD

Yep. Today's a good day. Yesterday wasn't so bad, either. We went to the neighbor's house for Thanksgiving dinner, and Tia and her family was there. It was nice seeing them again. And dinner was awesome, too! Good yams. Yummmm. =)

And then I slept like a rock, after all that turkey. ^.^

And now I've got to go finish my application for BYU. Exciting. Then I'll be done with ALL MY APPLICATIONS! FOREVER! AHAHAHA! *phew.*
